Dwarf Campbell

Campbell's Dwarf (Phodopus Campbelli) were originally found in Mongolia, Russia; Northern China; and central Asia.  The Campbells Russian Dwarf Hamster is prone to diabetes and wet tail. They can be 10+ centimeters when they grow fully, but can also be less.  They are not solitary, and can live in same sex groups as long as they are introduced properly. Fighting is not uncommon, but it is unlikely they will fight to the death. Their life span is 1 1/2+ years. These small hamsters are skittish, but are not impossible to tame.

Campbell Russian Dwarves may need to be fed a certain and strict diet, only if they are diabetic. You may need to limit their intake on sugary foods. They can get wet tail, a disease that can kill in a day if not treated.
